Annie Van Pelt – Enterprise Account Executive
LEHI, UTAH – December 17th, 2020 – Jolt Software, the leader in digital food safety and operations execution software for restaurants and other deskless businesses, recently announced the appointment of Annie Van Pelt as Enterprise Account Executive.
“When you have the opportunity to join an organization like Jolt, you take it! Jolt clearly fills a gap that many food and beverage operators struggle with today. It is a game changer for those looking to optimize their operations to increase brand loyalty and employee productivity. I’m very impressed with the leadership team, values and the accomplishments of Jolt to date. I look forward to contributing to the future growth and continued success of the company” said Van Pelt.
As Enterprise Account Executive, Annie’s primary responsibility will be to lead the sales process, build relationships and strategically grow market share in the Western US with enterprise & mid-market customers.
Annie brings to Jolt a strategic approach and experience selling SaaS into multi-unit operators within the Food & Beverage vertical. She has a reputation of putting the customer first, while challenging them to improve their operations to achieve rapid growth. In her previous role at Oracle, she spent 6 years in sales, initially pioneering the license to cloud migration sales efforts, followed by progressive growth of the customer base targeting net new enterprise logos. She has a passion for finding mutual wins for both the customer and the company. Her commitment to the customer’s success and attention to detail are assets that will help Jolt continue market penetration.
When asked why she decided to join Jolt, Annie observed “Jolt’s platform is incredibly relevant in a post pandemic world. The increased and growing need for restaurants to offer delivery options, with a heightened awareness on food safety, has created a competitive landscape that demands brand excellence. Customer loyalty and retention is critical and directly linked to providing a quality, consistent product. Jolt’s platform empowers restaurants to achieve team accountability, food safety and compliance, ultimately having a direct impact on the product and customer experience. Jolt is a necessity for any enterprise looking to optimize their business.”
Prior to Annie’s role in Sales at Oracle, she spent 6 years as an Account Manager with MICROS, handling premier regional accounts for the West. Her primary responsibilities included managing customer relationships, project management and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. It is this focus on the customer that contributed to her success as an Account Executive and falls in line with Jolt’s customer first approach.
“Annie will be a tremendous addition to Jolt! Her passion for customer service and commitment to shared success mirror Jolt’s core value of putting the customer first,” noted Jeff Pinc, SVP Global Sales and Marketing at Jolt. “Annie embodies our drive to champion/empower the deskless worker.
